The corporate culture at Hengst Filtration is based on two major pillars: Family and change.
Our company was founded in Münster in 1958 by Walter Hengst and is now in its third generation of family ownership. We are therefore not beholden to shareholders or investors, but thanks to the Röttgering family we can stand up for our own values: secure jobs, high-quality products and an overriding corporate goal of "purifying our planet".
At the same time, the world and our society are changing at a rapid pace. We are also undergoing a major transformation - from automotive supplier to filtration specialist in all areas. This change can only succeed with motivated and dynamic employees. Fortunately, we have them, and we promote this mindset in the best possible way.
