Training

The motto of training at Hengst is "active & practical". This means that you will be given varied tasks and involved in exciting projects right from the start.

Choose an apprenticeship in the commercial or technical field and start your future as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d).

Internship

At Hengst, you can get a realistic impression of whether an apprenticeship really suits you and meets your ideas and expectations as part of an internship. You will also get to know our company and everyday working life at Hengst.

Apply early (2-3 months in advance) for an internship and let us know when you would like to complete it and which profession you would particularly like to get to know.

Attractive remuneration and job ticket allowance

1st year: € 1,055.26
2nd year: € 1,108.54
3rd year: € 1,184.90
4th year: € 1,286.17
(gross per month)

We also support your trainee job ticket or Germany ticket with a 50% subsidy.

Annual bonus and bonus payment after successful completion of training

Thanks to our bonus system, you will receive an individual bonus payment once a year and at the end of your training.

No work after vocational school

What is a must for many companies does not exist with us. Because time off from school really does mean time off from school.

17 trainers look after the trainees
