Together with Grünbeck - a specialist in drinking water treatment - we have developed a Water filter that effectively removes heavy metals, odors, turbidity and bacteria to provide the highest quality drinking water. The result of this development is a mobile filtration solution for leisure vehicles that can be adapted to almost all drinking water tanks to provide hygienic and pure water. The Filter Elements consists of two innovative filter stages with activated carbon as an agent to remove e.g. chlorine and an additional material to remove pathogens and colloids.

Hengst uses the Energetic filter concept developed and patented in-house. The filter consists only of the filter materials and plastic components - end cap and inner tube. Thanks to this concept and the use of the ultrasonic welding process, no adhesives are required during production. The filter therefore reliably meets almost all drinking water standards and is food-safe. Another benefit of the system is that the filtration principle does not rely on a membrane as a separation system. By using this special medium (without a membrane), a high filtration quality is possible at a very low differential pressure. This means that a very good water throughput or Air flow is achieved even with a low pump capacity.
