The filter has a multi-stage design. The pre-filter retains coarse particles and the main filter retains viruses, bacteria, allergens, fine dust and pollutants. Optionally, the filter can be equipped with activated carbon for odors and harmful gases such as formaldehyde.
Hengst filters are designed in such a way that an optimized differential pressure leads to higher efficiency and thus lower energy consumption. At the same time, Hengst quality filters contribute to very good CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) and CCM (Cumulate Clean Mass) values.
All filters are available as HEPA filters in accordance with ISO 29463 (formerly EN 1822).
