Separation of Oil and Emulsion
Electrostatic filters
The system solution for aerosol mist and smoke.
When oil is used as a cooling lubricant, very fine, submicron aerosols are produced in high concentrations. A filter system must be able to reliably eliminate these aerosols and remove the separated oil from the exhaust air flow before it can evaporate and return to the exhaust air as a gas phase. Electrostatic precipitators offer the ideal solution here. Electrostatic filters save a lot of space thanks to their compact design. These filters really come into their own when it comes to efficiency, economy, safety and handling.
