Production employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a production employee (m/f/d) at Hengst:

  • Assembly of our systems by placing components/individual components
  • Quality control of the end products
  • Packaging of finished parts
  • Documentation of work results
  • Cleaning the system

Target group:

  • Ideally first professional experience in the manufacturing industry, interest in production and also interest in further professional development
  • Willingness to work in three-shift operation
  • It is also important to note that the employee will be offered a permanent contract at the end of the probationary period

Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) at Hengst:

  • Supervision/operation of an automated production plant incl. troubleshooting and fault rectification

  • Maintenance and repair work

  • Quality inspection of the end product

  • Documentation of results and faults

Target group:

  • Ideally completed industrial/technical training. Alternatively, several years of experience in a similar job

  • Interest in technology, especially in complex machines

  • Willingness to work in three-shift operation

Location:

  • Nordwalde

Tool mechanic (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a tool mechanic (m/f/d) at Hengst:

  • Maintenance and servicing of die casting and injection molding tools
  • Production of spare parts for production tools and devices using manual manufacturing processes (e.g. turning, drilling, grinding)
  • Production of new tools (e.g. three-plate tools)
  • Inspection of injection molds from external suppliers

Target group:

  • Completed technical training (ideally as a tool mechanic), ideally with initial work experience

  • Technical interest and knowledge of machining injection molds

  • Willingness to work in three-shift operation

Setter (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a setter (m/f/d) at Hengst:

  • Setting up and operating production systems

  • Maintenance and repair work

  • Optimization of set-up and adjustment processes

  • Carrying out and documenting quality checks

  • Instruction and supervision of production employees at the workstations

Target group:

  • Ideally completed industrial/technical training (e.g. as a machine and plant operator). Alternatively, several years of experience in a similar job and in industrial production

  • Technical understanding and knowledge of pneumatics/hydraulics

  • Willingness to work in three-shift operation

  • Nordwalde

Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) at Hengst:

  • Operation of state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machines
  • Production of individual parts and small series
  • Carrying out necessary repair and maintenance work
  • Continuous improvement of set-up and setup processes

Target group:

  • Completed technical training in a metalworking profession (ideally as a cutting machine operator)

  • Initial professional experience in working with CNC (milling) machines

  • Strong technical interest and understanding

Locations:

  • Münster

Process mechanic (m/f/d)

Your tasks as a process mechanic (m/f/d) at Hengst:

  • Programming, operating and equipping our state-of-the-art injection molding machines and robot systems

  • Carrying out optimizations on operating equipment and production processes

  • Maintenance work in close cooperation with train mechanics and maintenance staff

  • Evaluation of test results and department of the resulting measures

Target group:

  • Completed vocational training as a process mechanic in plastics and rubber technology

  • Experience in the areas of statistical process control, technical thermoplastics and in the production of sophisticated plastic parts

  • Strong technical understanding and interest

  • Willingness to work in three-shift operation
