The innovative development has a modular design and can be individually adapted to requirements with its components. In addition to the filtration of aerosols during metalworking with cooling lubricants, especially oil, emissions such as texturing mist, ultra-fine dust, smoke and oxides are also reliably filtered. The contaminated air is cleaned with minimal energy consumption so that the machine can be operated in recirculation mode. Due to its small size, the compact electrostatic precipitator takes up little space and is easy to install.

Modern CNC machine tools often have reduced extraction volumes due to ever better encapsulation. At the same time, however, ever higher filtration efficiencies are also required here. To meet this demand, the smaller and particularly cost-effective MultiTron Junior Premium version was developed for Air flows of up to 1,^200m3/h. Its functionality and innovative features are the same as the large version.
