These Compact filters (Box) belong to the Molecular filters (AMC) product group and offer effective protection against harmful gases and odors. These filters are used in filter systems both in industrial processes to protect plant and personnel and in Building Services Engineering to ensure optimum indoor air quality (IAQ).
Through adsorption - a process in which molecules attach themselves to the porous surface of activated carbon - these Compact filters filter gas molecules that are many times smaller than the particles retained by conventional HEPA and ULPA filters. For this reason, they are particularly effective in environments where a high level of air purity is required and where the air is contaminated with gases.
