Hengst Filtration has acquired a stake in artemis control AG, thus laying the foundations for a long-term establishment in the field of trace gas filtration for semiconductor manufacturing. artemis control, based in Uster, Switzerland, offers technologically sophisticated solutions for critical applications, for example for the manufacture of microelectronics, semiconductors, optics and the protection of art and cultural assets.
At Hengst, we have several years of experience in the adsorption of harmful gases, particularly in medical technology and fuel cells. The semiconductor industry is now the Champions League in the field of adsorption. We are therefore very pleased about our participation in artemis control AG.
