To kick off the new year, our HR team from Münster was represented at the first job fair. This year not at the "Münster Job Fair", but at future@WORK, the specialist and further training fair with a focus on apprenticeships, further training opportunities and new job opportunities, also in the Münsterland hall in Münster.

Our HR team naturally presented our company there and answered all questions from interested parties. The discussions focused on our production areas in Münster and Nordwalde. However, there were also many interested parties who would like to do a second apprenticeship and many refugees from Ukraine who came to find out about job opportunities.

In addition, our colleague Carolin Leyendecker gave a well-attended expert talk on the topic of "Job application situations: Dos and Don'ts".
