Sustainability starts with the details

At Hengst Filtration, we think further - and greener. We research alternative concepts on a daily basis with the aim of improving the carbon footprint of a product. We are working on environmentally friendly solutions with sustainable plastic alternatives and filter media. Our patented Energetic process does not require any adhesives and therefore contributes to an improved eco-balance. Our goal: durable and resource-saving filtration that minimizes waste and reduces life cycle costs.

Filters without adhesives

The Grünbeck Water filter from Hengst is produced with the self-developed and patented Energetic concept. The filter consists only of the filter materials and plastic components - end cap and inner pipe. Thanks to this design and the use of the ultrasonic welding process, no adhesives are required during production.

Efficient replacement, sustainable protection

The plastic filter cassette for BSH vacuum cleaners is designed as a high-quality, long-life component. Only the flat pleated filter including the gasket is replaced when necessary - this significantly reduces the volume of waste. Resource-saving recycled material is used as the base material for the frame, and the packaging is also FSC-certified.

Electrified cabin air filter Blue.ion

The innovative Blue.ion cabin air filter achieves its filtering effect through a combination of ionization of the particles in the air flow and polarization of the filter medium. The Blue.ion from Hengst offers maximum protection against pollutants, viruses and allergens and makes a significant contribution to a healthy and hygienic indoor climate. Nevertheless, it has a compact design, requires little energy and produces only low noise emissions.

Cathode air filter Blue.netic

With a modular technology system for cathode air filtration, Hengst offers an efficient solution for ensuring fuel cell performance. The modular system can be adapted to different performance requirements and protects against impurities that could cause corrosion in order to reliably produce high-quality hydrogen.

Tailored filtration solutions for indoor air and industrial applications

At FILTECH, Hengst will be presenting the energy-efficient pocket filter variant of the MultiSack G series and the compact high-temperature filter MultiTherm Faden. The latter is characterized by a very low initial pressure drop and depth. In addition, visitors will get an insight into the variety of media and filter designs for pleated bag filters and dust removal cartridges, which protect employees and equipment in many industrial processes.

MultiSack G85 - Energy-efficient pocket filter

The G85 pocket filter of the MultiSack G series offers excellent energy efficiency thanks to its high dust holding capacity and low pressure drop.

MultiForm HVAC PRO - Energy-efficient compact filter

The MultiForm HVAC PRO is the energy-saving V-Bank Compact filter. The high dust holding capacity and low initial pressure drop increase service life and reduce costs. The filter is equipped with a high-quality glass fiber medium and has a 4 V design. The MultiForm HVAC PRO is available as ePM1 60% and ePM1 80%.

MultiTherm Thread - High-temperature filter

The MultiTherm Thread is a compact filter for high temperatures. A special Filter medium and filament separators enable it to be used at temperatures of up to 250°C. The filter is also characterized by a high storage capacity and mechanical stability.

Pleated bag filters

A range of highly efficient filters for dust collection. Our pleated bag filters are characterized by high dust holding capacity and the highest energy efficiency. From our portfolio of filter designs and media, we can find an optimal solution for every application.
