São Paulo/Münster. Hengst Filtration has acquired the Brazilian air filter specialist Aeroglass from São Paulo. This is Hengst's second acquisition in the Brazilian Air filter market after Linter in 2022. "We are very pleased that Aeroglass is now part of the Hengst Group. For us, it is another piece of the puzzle in our transformation from an automotive supplier to a filtration specialist in many areas," says Hengst CEO Christopher Heine. "With Aeroglass, we are gaining a lot of expertise and good access to new application areas in air filtration."
Aeroglass was founded in 1967 and has since established a leading position in the Brazilian market. The most important areas of application for its filtration solutions are ventilation systems, hospitals, paint shops and other industrial buildings and applications. The company has around 90 employees and is based in the west of São Paulo.
Aeroglass impressed us with the good quality of its products and great delivery performance. Together we can learn a lot from each other and offer our local customers an even better range.
