In the production of the MultiForm HVAC PRO, the micro glass fiber nonwoven Filter medium is pleated to form an extremely stable pleat packet. The number and height of the individual pleats is optimally adapted to the respective area of application. The pleats are arranged in a V-shape (4 compartments) within a polypropylene frame. The individual pleats are glued together to ensure high stability and airtightness. The filter can be used for the filtration of fine and superfine dust, bacteria, pollen, etc., in HVAC systems and any air conditioning units, as well as a pre-filter for HEPA filters.

MultiForm HVAC BASE

During production of the MultiForm HVAC BASE, the microfiber paper filter medium is pleated to form an extremely stable pleat pack. The number and height of the individual pleats is optimally adapted to the respective area of application. The pleats are arranged in a V-shape (in 4 compartments) within an ABS frame. In order to achieve this high level of stability and airtightness, the individual pleat packs are glued to the frame.

  • The special pleat geometry can also be used with turbulent air flows

  • Short installation depth

  • Applications: for the filtration of fine and ultra-fine dust, bacteria, pollen, etc. in all air conditioning and ventilation systems and as a pre-filter for high-efficiency filters

The MultiForm INDUSTRIE is made of pleated micro glass fiber fleece, which makes the filter very stable. The number and height of the pleats are optimally matched to the respective area of application. Fused strips along the entire pleat depth keep the individual pleats at a distance, thus ensuring extremely high stability and allowing the entire filter surface to be used. The individual pleats are arranged in a V-shape (4 compartments) within a stable ABS frame.

The filter cells of the MultiPlan I series consist of a micro glass fiber fleece that is pleated using the latest HotMelt technology. The pleated package is arranged in a coated MDF wooden frame and filled with polyurethane compound. The filter cells are characterized by a high dust holding capacity and a stable pack design. The filter cell is equipped with a U-profile seal.

MultiCol

The MultiCol filter elements can be used in wall frame systems, air duct filters and compact devices. The two-layer filter medium consists of micro glass fiber fleece with aluminium separators and is water-repellent impregnated. The galvanized sheet steel frame, optionally with a flange on one or both sides (EF or DF design), is equipped with dust and clean air contact protection.

MultiTherm

The MultiTherm filter elements can be used in wall frame systems, air duct filters and compact units. The two-layer dynamically constructed filter medium consists of micro glass fiber paper with aluminum separators. The MultiTherm filter element is mounted in a galvanized sheet steel frame and is equipped with both temperature-resistant filter material and temperature-resistant sealing material.

  • Temperature resistant up to 250 °C
