Filter mats Acelan consist of bonded polyester fibers. Due to its progressive media structure, the material is compacted on the clean air side.

Filter mats CTM consist of polyester fibers with a pronounced labyrinth structure and progressive depth structure.

  • Area of application: general ventilation and air conditioning systems, air conditioning cabinets, air conditioning chests, switch cabinets, heat exchangers, air circulation systems, air heaters, cooling of large machines and switchgear, pre-filters for paint spray booths

Filter mats FarbGlas consist of the finest glass fibers, which are compacted towards the clean air side; the unwetted glass fiber medium is odorless, non-flammable and insensitive to humidity.

The FibroBand air filter tape consists of fine, randomly arranged, synthetic resin-bonded fibers. The filter layer is built up on a stiff, tear-resistant gauze. FibroBand has a high adhesive and storage capacity.

  • Customer benefits: fine resin-bonded fibers and a stiff, tear-resistant gauze, cardboard spool with slip-on sleeve, use in air filter belt systems System

  • Applications: Coarse and fine dust separation of large Air flows, especially in roller belt filter systems

FibroidElastic

Filter mats FibroidElastic consist of latex-bonded, randomly arranged natural blended fibers. The fibers have a uniform depth structure and high inherent stiffness. They are elastic, non-wetted and can be regenerated several times.

  • Customer benefits: latex-bonded natural blended fibers, very economical due to very low initial pressure drops, even at high Air flows, very high dust holding capacity

  • Applications: for predominantly high dust concentrations and for filtration of specific coarse dusts

  • Area of application: Air conditioning and ventilation systems in the cement industry or similar industries, intake and combustion air for blowers, compressors, combustion engines and pneumatic conveying systems

FireTex

The 1704 FireTex® filter mats are high-quality fleeces with a low pressure differential increase. They consist of randomly laid, non-breaking polyester fibers with a progressive depth structure and compaction on the clean air side. The filter mats have fire protection class DIN 4102 Part 1-B1 and EN 45545-2 R5/HL3. 1704 FireTex® filter mats are used as pre-filters and final filters wherever there are increased fire protection requirements.

  • Applications: Welding fumes, grinding dust, general ventilation technology, railroad approval

Filter mats 1704 LoTex® are used as pre-filters and final filters wherever high quantities of liquid aerosols are generated. Filter mats 1704 LoTex® are high-quality fleeces with a low pressure difference increase. They consist of randomly arranged, non-breaking polyester fibers with a progressive depth structure and compaction on the clean air side. Due to their unique surface structure, the fibers have oleophobic and hydrophobic properties, similar to the lotus effect.

  • Applications: Oil and Emulsion mist separator, Offshore systems, General ventilation technology
