The multi-functional fluid management module allows the integration of numerous features while saving space and weight in their outer dimensions – aimed at meeting current and future emissions limits for utility vehicles and also ensuring high profitability and efficiency.
On the engine oil side, we offer the environmentally friendly Energetic® oil filter insert and a control part supplying the oil as required to the heat exchanger and/or directly to the filtration process. The engine oil refill tube and the temperature sensor are also in place as integrated interfaces for the engine oil initial filling valve. With short, cast connection ducts and owing to an intelligent management of the control valves, minimal flow resistance is achieved thus contributing to a maximum engine output.
Upper part of oil sump with oil filter system for AUDI W12 FSI engines
A light construction module was developed with the upper part of the oil sump using aluminum pressure casting technology, integrating numerous functions close to the engine and making optimal use of the available installation space.
The essential innovation as to installation and cost savings for this upper part of the oil sump is the long connecting duct between the oil cooler and the oil filter components. This is already completely manufactured during the pressure casting process enabling the connection of these components, which are placed on the two opposite sides of the engine, without any additional screwing or covering lids.
The upper part of the oil sump is a development belonging to the Energetic® design range that stands for environmentally friendly, quick and uncomplicated maintenance.

The cooling agent-oil module for MDEG engines is individually adjusted to the different engine power classes. It convinces by its extremely high functional density and comes with a main flow oil filter, a centrifuge (optional), a cooling agent pump and an oil cooler. It is also equipped with a thermostat and a storage tank for the corrosion inhibitor.
Our environmentally-friendly and cost-favorable Energetic® filter concept has a particularly high filtration efficiency with 17 mm of filter fineness and allows for quick and uncomplicated maintenance.
Oil mist separator for AUDI V6 engines
This oil mist separator – the so-called V space module – is based on compact module technology with relatively low functional costs. No connection lines, couplers, seals or attachment elements are required. The basic module is a crankcase cover made of plastic material.
Free-form channels provide cooling agent distribution and the V space module is also equipped with a ventilation unit for the crankcase and with a fine oil separation unit with patented multi-cyclone of the newest generation and a pressure limit valve.
Material substitution and intelligent process technology provide more efficiency for this module. The cooling agent distribution channels are made with large cross-sections, smooth inner walls and short manufacturing periods in new 3D technology. The plastic material used even resists to the demanding temperature profile of the ventilation unit with peaks up to 160 °C.

This fluid management module comes with an electric disc separator for best-in-class oil mist separation. Optionally, a patented bypass centrifuge can be integrated for efficient finest filtration of the lubricant.

The high-performance heater is part of that filter system which can be easily installed using a Quick Connector. Fuel filter system for MAN engines D08 and D20
The fuel filter system meets the requirements of Common Rail technology and is able to remove finest dirt particles as well as water from the fuel. With the respective sensor system (partially optional) and various valve functions, the fuel circuit is monitored and, if required, the flame start system is supplied and the separated water automatically discharged from the collection tank. The integrated heater is freely programmable during the application process.
The excessive fuel from the various circuits is gathered in one module and led to a tank via a return collector line which also empties the housing with the automatic discharge unit during servicing. With the manual pump "hand adapted" to the filter housing; all service functions of the fuel system are concentrated in one single place.
Oil filter system for Volkswagen MQB engines
The particularly compact and light-weight oil filter system combines oil filtration and oil cooling. The all-plastic module was developed and brought to series maturity in close system cooperation with Volkswagen and Audi. Its main novelties are the plastic oil discharge screw in the filter lid and direct mounting to the oil cooler. The result is considerable lower volume and weight with maximum performance.

The oil filter system is a compact fluid management module using interfaces from the oil and cooling agent circuit with the help of additional functional integration.
A respective sensor unit and various valve functions monitor and control the fluids with the oil circuits for cylinder head and engine block being supplied separately. In addition to oil filtration as one of the main functions, the oil water heat exchanger is the link to the cooling agent circuit.
Cooling module for GM 1.6 SIDI turbo engines
This cooling agent module is a pressure cast aluminum component integrating numerous features in a minimum of space. The cooling agent circuit is supplied by an intelligent interaction of water pump and electrical map-controlled thermostat. A highly efficient oil/water heat exchanger permanently regulates the thermal condition of the engine oil. The multi-functional module also supplies the turbo charger with oil and cooling agent via quick-connect fittings.
